RPM Home Inspection is a London based company serving Southwestern Ontario.

Because we understand how much of an investment a new home can be.  We provide detailed and thorough inspection reports to ensure the safety and comfort of your family. 

 

We conduct home inspections throughout London and Southwestern Ontario.  Our job is to provide every client with a detailed report that is an accurate reflection of any and all defects, big or small, that are occurring in the home. 

 

Pre-sale and pre-purchase inspections are offered. Each inspection takes between 2-4 hrs to complete. We encourage all our clients to attend the inspection so that all the needs and concerns of the client can be addressed and discussed.

 

Our report is detailed and many pictures are taken, pointing out all defects the home may have.  Because of this we compile the report after the inspection at our office and send it to you through email.  You will recieve your report the same day.  We do offer the option of having us print out your report and delivering it to you at an additional cost of $10.  We keep a copy of your inspection for up to 5 years, incase you misplace your copy and require another one.
